ELEGIBILIDAD: El Giveaway “Mi Biblia” de Thalia (la “Promoción”) comienza el 17 de marzo de 2025 a las 12:00 p.m. Hora Estándar del Este (“EST”) y finaliza el 24 de marzo de 2025 a las 11:59 p.m. EST (el “Período de la Promoción”). El tiempo será determinado por los sistemas de registro de tiempo de TSMX, LLC (“Patrocinador”), y el Patrocinador también podrá basarse en las funciones de procesamiento de tiempo de terceros. Las inscripciones presentadas en conformidad con lo anterior y todos los demás términos de estos Términos y Condiciones se denominan en lo sucesivo “Inscripciones” o, individualmente, una “Inscripción.”
Cada Inscripción debe ser única. Las Inscripciones duplicadas serán descalificadas. LÍMITE: una (1) Inscripción por persona.
Al participar en esta Promoción, cada participante acepta que el Patrocinador pueda contactarlo utilizando la dirección de correo electrónico, número de teléfono, identificador de redes sociales u otra información de contacto proporcionada con la Inscripción, para administrar y cumplir con esta Promoción. Cualquier falla o incapacidad del participante para recibir cualquier mensaje del Patrocinador por cualquier motivo se considerará como un incumplimiento de estas reglas, y dicho participante será descalificado de la Promoción. De manera similar, el Patrocinador no será responsable por mensajes perdidos, mal dirigidos o que no se reciban o sean ilegibles de parte de los participantes.
El Patrocinador no se hace responsable de Inscripciones perdidas, tardías, mal dirigidas o que no se reciban de ninguna otra forma, independientemente de la causa. En caso de disputa sobre quién
presentó una Inscripción, se entenderá que la Inscripción fue presentada directamente por el titular autorizado de la cuenta relevante utilizada para participar en la Promoción. Se entiende por titular autorizado de la cuenta la persona natural asignada a la cuenta por la entidad correspondiente responsable de asignar dichas cuentas. Al participar y/o inscribirse, los participantes aceptan estar sujetos a estos Términos y Condiciones y a los Términos y Condiciones del sitio web del Patrocinador (https://www.sonymusic.com/terms-and-conditions/) y a la Política de Privacidad (Privacy Policy – Sony Music).
RECOMPENSA: Tras la verificación de la elegibilidad y el cumplimiento de estos Términos y Condiciones, los primeros quinientos (500) participantes elegibles recibirán una (1) biblia. Valor minorista aproximado: $15.

Los posibles beneficiarios serán notificados por el Patrocinador u otro representante designado vía correo electrónico o mediante el identificador de la cuenta en redes sociales proporcionado, aproximadamente el 30 de marzo de 2025, con instrucciones sobre cómo reclamar su premio. Usted entiende que está proporcionando su información al Patrocinador y a sus afiliados.

Si el uso de su Inscripción por parte del Patrocinador o su participación en la Promoción ocasiona que el Patrocinador esté sujeto a un reclamo por parte de un tercero (incluido, pero no limitado a, un reclamo por infracción), usted acepta indemnizar y mantener indemnes a las Partes Liberadas, y a todas las personas que actúen por, a través o en concierto con ellas, contra cualquier daño, costo, fallo y gastos (incluidos los honorarios razonables de abogados) que las Partes Liberadas (o cualquiera de ellas) puedan incurrir como resultado del uso de su Inscripción.

(DEBIDO A QUE ALGUNOS ESTADOS NO PERMITEN LA EXCLUSIÓN O LIMITACIÓN DE CIERTAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS, LA LIMITACIÓN ANTERIOR PODRÍA NO APLICARSE A USTED. OTROS TÉRMINOS: Las decisiones del Patrocinador en todos los asuntos relacionados con la Promoción son definitivas y vinculantes. En caso de que la Promoción se termine antes de la fecha de vencimiento establecida, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de otorgar premios en función de las Inscripciones recibidas antes de la fecha de terminación. La prueba de envío o presentación de una Inscripción no se considerará como prueba de recepción por parte del Patrocinador.
El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de descalificar o prohibir la participación de un individuo si se sospecha fraude o manipulación, si el individuo no cumple con cualquier requisito de participación o con cualquier disposición de estos Términos y Condiciones, si el comportamiento o comunicación del individuo en cualquier momento es disruptivo, causa o puede causar daño a cualquier persona, propiedad o reputación del Patrocinador, o si de otra manera no se ajusta a todas las leyes aplicables y prácticas sociales generalmente aceptadas según lo determine el Patrocinador, a su entera discreción. PRECAUCIÓN: CUALQUIER INTENTO DE DAÑAR O SOCAVAR INTENCIONALMENTE EL FUNCIONAMIENTO DE ESTA PROMOCIÓN PUEDE CONSTITUIR UNA VIOLACIÓN DE LAS LEYES PENALES Y CIVILES. CONSTRUCCIÓN y LEY APLICABLE: La invalidez o inaplicabilidad de cualquier disposición de estas reglas no afectará la validez o aplicabilidad de cualquier otra disposición. ELIGIBILITY: Thalia’s “Mi Biblia” Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins on March 17, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on March 24, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”). The time shall be determined by TSMX, LLC’s (“Sponsor”) timekeeping systems, and Sponsor may also rely on the time processing functions of third parties. Sponsor shall have the sole discretion in determining the timeliness of any action or inaction related to this Promotion.
The Promotion is open to individuals who are located in the US, LATAM and Spain, at least eighteen
(18) years old and the age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited. Disclaimer: Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. We are not responsible if the delivery cannot be completed due to customs restrictions, local regulations, or bureaucratic issues specific to your country.
Employees of Sponsor and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, including any vendors providing services in connection with this Promotion (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and employees, agents, directors, officers (including members of their immediate family – i.e., spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren – or those living in the same household) of Sponsor or any Promotion Entities are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, visit thalia.com/mibiblia (the “Website”) and complete the entry form with all required information, including your email address and, as applicable, social media account handle.
Entries submitted in compliance with the foregoing and all other terms in these Terms and Conditions are hereafter “Entries” or, individually, an “Entry.”
Each Entry must be unique. Duplicate Entries will be disqualified. LIMIT: one (1) Entry per person.
By entering this Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor may contact the entrant using the email address, phone number, social media handle, or other contact information provided with the Entry, to administer and fulfill this Promotion. Any entrant’s failure or inability to receive any message(s) from Sponsor for any reason shall be deemed a failure by such entrant to comply with these rules, such entrant shall be disqualified from the Promotion. Similarly, Sponsor shall not be liable for any lost, misdirected, or otherwise unreceived or illegible messages from entrants.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or otherwise unreceived Entries or Entries not received regardless of cause. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to have been directly submitted by the authorized account holder of the relevant account used to enter the Promotion. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to the account by the relevant entity responsible for assigning those accounts. By entering and/or participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Sponsor’s website Terms and Conditions (https://www.sonymusic.com/terms-and-conditions/) and Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy – Sony Music).
REWARD: Upon verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the first five hundred (500) eligible entrants will receive one (1) bible. Approximate retail value: $15.
Limit: one (1) reward per person and per household.
All rewards are awarded “AS IS.” Neither Sponsor nor Promotion Entities make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Promotion or any reward. Reward details and availability are subject to change, in which case a reward of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor’s sole discretion. A recipient may waive the right to receive a reward. Reward consists only of the items listed, are non-assignable, non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will determine all reward details (brand, model, size, etc.) in its sole discretion. Additional charges/fees for receipt of prize, including but not limited to customs duties or international fees, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prize value and, as applicable, will be issued an IRS Form 1099 based on the prize value determined by Sponsor. Rewards will be distributed within 120 days of the recipient selection date. Rewards not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.
NOTIFICATION: Potential recipients are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Potential recipients will be notified by Sponsor or another designated representative via email or the submitted social media handle on or about March 30, 2025 with instructions on how to claim his/her/their prize. All potential recipients must respond to the notification message within 2 days of the announcement and provide all requested information within 2 days of the first contact or attempted contact from Sponsor. If potential recipients do not respond to the notification within 2 days, Sponsor may conduct additional random drawings to select additional potential recipients. Sponsor may require recipients to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release/Publicity Release forms and other applicable documents. All required documents must be completed and returned to Sponsor within 7 days of the date and time listed on the documents. If a potential recipient cannot be contacted, is disqualified, or fails to timely execute and return any required forms, an alternate recipient may be selected from among the remaining eligible Entries.
MARKETING: Submission of contact information in connection with this Promotion (whether or not required), including, without limitation, mailing address, phone number, email address, etc. during
entry constitutes permission for Sponsor and its affiliates to: (i) use entrant’s personal information for purposes of administration of the Promotion; and (ii) add you to their respective customer database and to permit each to contact you in the future for Promotional and other reasons. You may opt-out of receiving such communications as set forth in each such party’s Privacy Policy or as provided within any such marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of Sponsor’s e-mails). You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and its affiliates.
NO LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION: By entering this Promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Sony Music Entertainment, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of, or relating to, your Entry, your participation in this Promotion or any Promotion-related activities, and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder (including, without limitation, any misrepresentation made by you in connection with the Promotion; any non-compliance by you with these Terms and Conditions; claims brought by persons or entities other than the parties to these Terms and Conditions arising from or related to your involvement with the Promotion; acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity or participation in this Promotion; any malfunction, error or other problem arising in connection with the collection, processing, or retention of Entry information; or any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any winner). The foregoing includes, without limitation, any claim for personal injury, property loss or damage, or death arising in any way in connection with the Promotion.
If Sponsor’s use of your Entry or your participation in the Promotion causes Sponsor to be subject to a claim by any third party (including, but not limited to, a claim of infringement), you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties, and all persons acting by, through, under, or in concert with them, against any and all damages, costs, judgments and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) which the Released Parties (or any one of them) may incur as a result of the use of your Entry.
Limitations of Liability. Only the number of prizes stated in these Terms and Conditions is available to be won in the Promotion. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Terms and Conditions to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize based upon random selection.
OTHER TERMS: Decisions of Sponsor on all matters related to the Promotion are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion for any reason, including but not limited to, in the event the Promotion is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering, public health crisis, governmental action, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Promotion as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Should the Promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the Entries received before the termination date. Proof of sending or submission of an Entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Terms and Conditions, if the individual’s behavior or communication at any point is disruptive, may or does cause damage or to any person, property, or reputation of Sponsor, or is otherwise not in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL MAKING ANY SUCH ATTEMPTS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
CONSTRUCTION and GOVERNING LAW: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. Any disputes arising under this Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions will be governed by relevant U.S. federal statutes and regulations and the internal laws of the State of California. Sponsor and each entrant agree that any such claim or dispute between the parties, or between a party and any agent, employee, successor, or assign of the other, related to this Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions (including the applicability of this arbitration clause) shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the JAMS under its rules and procedures in effect when the claim is filed. Any award by the arbitrator(s) may be entered as a judgment in any court having jurisdiction. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PURSUE DISPUTES ON A CLASS WIDE BASIS; THAT IS, TO EITHER JOIN A CLAIM WITH THE CLAIM OF ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY, OR ASSERT A CLAIM IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY ON BEHALF OF ANYONE ELSE IN ANY LAWSUIT, ARBITRATION OR OTHER PROCEEDING.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
